tasting: Santa Julia Pinot Grigio

Name: Santa Julia Pinot Grigio
Variety: Pinot Grigio
Region: N/A
Country: Argentina
Year: N/A
Price: $8.95

Vintage Cellar (Mike): "Light and clean, which compared to other Argentine Pinot Grigiois is not something to dismiss. Feels solid and punchy, with orange and mango flavors. Has nice overall clarity and balance, with a citrus finish."

My Review: This white Pinot Grigio was very refreshing and summery. It had a very floral, earthy, pear aroma that really helped open up the wine. The Pinot Grigio had a very thin and light texture with an incredibly acidic taste. It was creamy and sour much like many other Pinot Grigios I have tried I enjoyed this wine and would definitely recommend it. It was a very good summer wine.
